What To Expect
Engage all limbs of traditional yoga. Sessions are particular to each client.
Following our initial meeting together, we will formulate a specific course of action, ensuring the plan will be beneficial in creating new mind/body and lifestyle changes.
Implementation of new strategies will build confidence and lead to new ways of living and experiencing a fulfilling life meant for health and happiness.
Each person is multi faceted - emotional, physical and spiritual goals are examined. Together we will create a plan addressing each level of the person to create solid grounding necessary for a fulfilling and balanced life to emerge.
Hatha yoga, pranayama (breath work), Jyotish (Vedic astrology), and meditation are utilized to create a solid base that allows one’s true nature to flourish.
